WRIGHTWOOD WILDLIFE

We have amazing wildlife and biodiversity here in Wrightwood. We will be updating throughout the school year for plants and animals that have recently been sighted. During the spring and fall, animals are more active and we are more likely to find exciting animals. During the winter we have a lot of snow, and the wildlife, although still interesting, is a little more limited. Birdwatching here is wonderful, and we are well equipped for observing other animals as well, with binoculars for every student, magnifying glasses, and a variety of weather which helps us see animal tracks, such as snow and mud.
