Beneath the dining hall are several rooms for visiting teachers and others attending outdoor science school. A bathroom is shared between every two rooms. Other teacher amenities include a weight/exercise room, broadband internet access, tennis courts, and putting green. When the conference center is not being used by another group, a big screen TV (with VCR and DVD) is available for teacher use. There's even a fun, funky little seafood restaurant just across the street. If teacher comfort is important to you, then Malibu is the place to be! |
