Dining Hall

Students meet at the dining hall for breakfast and supper. The head cook, John Bard, is a Certified Executive Chef and was trained at the Culinary Institute of America. I'm not sure exactly what all that means, but I do know it means we get very good food. There is a salad bar at every supper, and at Monday lunch.

Meals are served "Family style". Each student gets an opportunity to be on meal duty at least once during the week. For that meal, they would be responsible for setting the table, carrying the food from the kitchen, and clearing the table at the end of the meal.
